In the process of ordering the Newman Artworks website collects information from the user to assist in the ordering and delivery of purchased goods. Newman Artworks reserves the right to use this information for the purpose of completing the order and to promote the website via further marketing channels using this collected information. If the user prefers to not be contacted other than for the purpose of completing the transaction for which they entered the details they can select the check box nominating to not receive any marketing emails.

In addition Newman Artworks gives users the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter to receive notification of sales, promotions and new additions to the website. The customer can also elect to subscribe during the order process. This information will be stored for the sole purpose of distributing the Newman Artworks newsletter. We do not and will not sell, rent or distribute any details to any third party.
